Our newest development (2016) is a continuous pressure cooker with a Clean-Flow operating system inside. Product results are perfectly uniform. Cook times are reduced 50%. Moisture levels vary between 67 and 72%. It retains 11% more starch and yields are higher. Less water is used in the process reducing waste water discharge.
