HOW IT WORKS

• Preloaded Euro Bins are staged for efficient loading and scheduling.

• Each bin is lifted, allowing product to be gently deposited into the cooking chamber.

• Recipe management via the HMI ensures a repeatable, fully programmed process for consistent results.

• When the cooking cycle is complete, the basket is raised from the hot water, paused for proper draining, and then discharged into the quench or cool zone.

• Cooling time is also pre-programmed. Once complete, the basket is lifted from the cold water, drained, and discharged into a tote bin for the next step in the process. (An optional dewatering shaker can be installed after the cooling chamber for enhanced efficiency.)

• Each zone features isolated tanks for hot and cold water, complete with overflow systems for removing excess starch and maintaining water quality.
