With an audit we come to you and thoroughly inspect your equipment, once the inspection is complete, we will give you a comprehensive report on the unit. This preventative measure can help you detect small issues before they become large costly repairs.
We offer refresher training on your specific unit and will have all of the original specifications and manuals to make sure your staff is able to operate the equipment proficiently.
STARTUP / COMMISSIONING
We want you to succeed from the beginning, once a unit is purchased we come to your site to go over the installation, review all safety and operating procedure with your staff and will not leave until you have successfully run product through your new LYCO.
We will guide you in diagnosing the issue and offer viable solutions to get you up and running.
