Lyco has made over 750 variations of rotary drum cookers and coolers which are guaranteed to heat or cool uniformly and have self-contained Clean in Place Systems. There is one main moving part which is the rotary drum screw covered with round hole perforated skin sheets supported by two heavy-duty trunnions on each end. That system never wears out.
